I greatly enjoyed 8 nights there. It was a really good place to stay in Kathmandu. The breakfast food was good and included toast, fruit, and eggs. My stay was very pleasant, and the entire staff were very attentive and excellent. The hotel was modern and incredibly beautiful and in a central location.

Was a welcome base for trip. I was travelling to Kathmandu for exploring the city. The food was savoury, with variety of options. The staff were attentive and helpful, provided exceptional services. Hotel's location was nice, close to Ka-Nying monastery.

Had a truly memorable stay overall, the room I stayed in was absolutely stunning and comfortable with good amenities, a comfortable bed, for example. Location: the hotel was just off many restaurants, local attractions and Ka-Nying monastery.

The staff was attentive and helpful, the accommodation was beautiful and fairly clean. My room facing garden was wonderful and stunning. The location was nice there, close to Ka-Nying monastery. Moreover, it was right by Kathmandu, the Boudha stupa and the city centre. Exceptional service was provided. Got concierge service for free, didn't expect that.

a nice size and absolutely stunning rooms with wi-fi, coffee and an electric kettle, etc. a great selection of food at the breakfast, including toast, fruit and eggs.

The location was quiet, for example, Boudhanath Stupa Monument was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room was tidy and stunning with good amenities, a comfortable bed, as example.

My stay at Lavie Residence And Spa was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The Swiss owner was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The garden cafe and restaurant were a little oasis, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, only a short walk to the famous Boudhanath stupa. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Kathmandu.

It's a stunningly beautiful and absolutely charming hotel for a trip in Kathmandu. The staff are helpful, managed the parking on site. The airport is 0.5 miles away.

Memorable experience there. Charming hotel, welcoming and incredible staff, magnificent location close to Ka-Nying monastery. Reasonably spacious and cozy rooms with a comfortable bed and good amenities, as for instance. Lots of healthy food. Location so close to the Boudha stupa, local attractions and many restaurants and shops:)))

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was lovely, friendly, and very helpful. They provided great services like laundry, free breakfast and free spa treatments. The hotel was clean and had great facilities such as a beautiful rooftop terrace, spacious rooms, and great shower. It was centrally located near a famous local attraction making it easy for us to explore the city.

The communication system needs improvement.

Beautiful oasis with stunning suites. The family-style breakfast served delicious homemade breads, cheeses, and yogurt. The location is tucked away, offering a quiet escape but easily accessible to popular tourist attractions.

Ventilation could have been better and the staff lacked some expertise in running the hotel. We had trouble finding the location due to the language barrier and it took some time to explain the location to our taxi driver.

The breakfast is great, just what you need to start off a day exploring the city. the staff were friendly and very helpful in giving directions and recommending places to see. the hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and shops.

The room was very basic and lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning or a fan, making it unbearable during the humid afternoons. the bathroom was tiny and outdated.

Warm welcome, attentive staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, helpful service, spacious room.
